A partnership program with the U.S. Small Business Administration and the Massachusetts Office of Business Development under cooperative agreement SBAOEDSB250134-02-00 through the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Isenberg School of Management. SBDCs are a program supported by and funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration. SBDC services are provided in a nondiscriminatory way to all legal residents and citizens in the United States. SBA cannot endorse any products, opinions or services of any external parties or activities. Clients are solely responsible for decisions made based on the Massachusetts SBDC's guidance. The Massachusetts SBDC is not responsible for business success or failure, or for losses from implementing strategies discussed.
Privacy Act Statement: The primary purpose for collecting this information is to help SBA's continuing improvement of business counseling programs, to ensure effective oversight and management of entrepreneurial development programs and grants, and to meet Congressional and Executive Branch reporting requirements. Providing the requested information is required to obtain and/or retain benefits. Routine uses of this information are established in SBA’s Privacy Act System of Record, SBA 11, Entrepreneurial Development--Management Information System published on November 3, 1999, at 64 FR 59819.Any personal information collected will be protected to the extent permitted by law, including the Privacy Act of 1974 and the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). In addition, to the extent permitted under FOIA, confidential business information (CBI) will only be disclosed to contractor or Agency personnel assigned to work on these programs.
