Macarons is a specialty dessert destination newly established in the
heart of downtown Springfield. Owner Jennifer Cruz
[photo right] creates delicious, gluten-free, French macaron cookies
in fun colors and varieties.
After starting her business, based primarily at farmers' markets, Jennifer has expanded to a storefront, catering, and online enterprise. Jennifer worked closely with Samalid Hogan [photo left], regional director of the MSBDC Western Regional Office, to formulate a business plan and find a new location to expand her business in downtown Springfield.
