Training Confirmation
Payment is due at the time of registration. Click on button below to pay securely by credit card. The charge on your credit card will appear as "Mass Export Center". You will be required to enter a security code to process your credit card payment. The code will be sent from noreply@nelnet.net with a subject of "Requested Security Code". Please add this email to your approved sender list.
Our registration and payment systems are not integrated—you will need to know the total amount due (fees listed below). Please make a single credit card transaction to pay the total amount due. You may pay for multiple attendees with a single credit card transaction by including the last names of all attendees in the credit card processor.
If this is a free event or you are a Compliance Alliance member, you are done! Do not make a payment. Simply close your browser window and disregard payment information.
You will receive
an email confirmation of your training registration from
centeric@clients.msbdc.org. Please add this email
address to your approved sender list. This email DOES NOT contain
the login details for webinars which will be sent at a later date
(see paragraph below). If you do not receive a confirmation within a few minutes, please
check your spam or junk folder.
**IMPORTANT** Webinar logins are sent via Constant Contact from the Massachusetts Export Center (exportcenter@massexport.org) with the subject "Login Details". We use Zoom for webinars (with the exception of the Export Expo) — please use the same name and email on Zoom that you registered with for the training. Depending on when you registered, logins are emailed a couple of days prior to the event. Registrations received the week of the event will receive the login on the morning of the webinar. Export Center staff use the domains "@massexport.org", "@msbdc.umass.edu" and "clients.msbdc.org"- please add all to your safe sender domains. If you have not received the login details at least 1 hour prior to the start of the webinar, please check your spam folder. If you still don't find the email, contact us immediately at training@massexport.org.
