This module will help you evaluate growth indicators that show your business’s readiness for growth. Module 5 - Strengthening Your Product and Service

One of the fundamental principles of entrepreneurship is continuous improvement. As a new entrepreneur, you may have once believed that you were going to create the perfect product or service, and then you’d be done with it. By now you know that business doesn’t work that way. If you don’t continually improve your offerings, your competitors jump ahead. If you don’t stay connected with your market, your customers leave you behind.

This module will help you think through ways to improve your products and services based on market needs, protect your products and services from competitors, and price your products and services. All of the decisions you make should fit into and support the overall strategic direction for your business.

The presenter will be Keith Alex Greenaway, JD and Managing Director of MBE Advisory Services at the Greater New England Minority Supplier Development Council.

Date:
Wednesday, May 5, 2021
Time: 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. EST
Module 6 - Seizing the Market

You can have the best marketing strategy in the world, but if you don’t reach customers, your business is dead in the water. This module will help you connect with customers. Its aim is to help you sell your products and services and grow your business. While previous modules provided marketing insights and options, this module helps you create a focused plan of attack so that you can wisely use your limited resources to seize the market.
