Nancy Shulman


Nancy ShulmanNancy was born and raised in Pittsfield, MA, and moved back to the region in 2004. Prior to her return, she was a frequent visitor and became familiar with the changes the area was going through over the years. Nancy has been a practicing real estate broker for 25 years and is the owner of a local real estate company.

In addition to her experience in real estate, Nancy has many years of sales and marketing in the high tech field and general business and business development experience. She has owned three small businesses including Shulman Research and Sales which provided new and fledgling businesses with advice and assistance in creating business and marketing plans.  

Nancy graduated from Miss Hall’s School, earned a BA from Brandeis University, an MBA from the Isenberg School at University of Massachusetts, and an MS in Internet Strategy Management from Persons School at Marlboro College.

Nancy is active in the Miss Hall’s Alumni Council; Brandeis University Alumni Admissions Council; and she is an officer on the board of the non-profit organization Berkshire Carousel, Inc.

Nancy is the proud mother of two bright and handsome sons and one beautiful and smart daughter-in-law: Scott Bloomberg, a graduate of UMass Amherst Isenberg School and University of Michigan Law School, who is an attorney clerking for a Federal Court judge; his wife Amber, graduate of UMass Boston; and Michael Bloomberg, UMass Amherst graduate in political science and future politician. She is also the "mother" and "grandmother" of three cute dogs.
