Training Registration

The Western Massachusetts Regional Small Business Development Center conducts workshops designed to cover a wide range of core information and skills necessary to operate any small business. Preregistration is required.

Please print and mail completed form and a check payable to the University of Massachusetts to the address below. If you have any questions, please call (413) 737-6712 ext. 100. We do not accept online payment at this time.

Please Note: Advanced registration and payment is encouraged. There will be a $10 walk-in fee (in addition to the registration fee) for all attendees who have not paid their registration fee by noon the day prior to the seminar. Check-in starts a half hour before the workshop begins.

Cancellation/Refund Information: Cancellations received by noon the day prior to the seminar will be entitled to a refund. No refund will be given on notifications received after that time or in any no-show situation. The Western Mass Regional SBDC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a seminar due to insufficient enrollment. Registration fees will be returned or credited towards a future program. 

Payment is accepted in the form of a company or personal check. Payment is due in full prior to the seminar and must accompany registration form. We do not accept credit cards or purchase orders, nor do we invoice participants.
