If your online registration is accepted, you will immediately receive an automated confirmation including your name and listing of seminars you are registered for. The confirmation also reiterates our payment address and policies. If you don't receive a confirmation, please submit your registration again.

Additional confirmations will not be sent so please mark your calendar! 

Please make checks payable to the University of Massachusetts. We accept personal or company checks or cash.  Payment is due no later than the day of the seminar or you may be denied admittance.

You must address your envelope exactly as shown below and include a copy of your registration. All address lines must be included on your envelope -- if not, your payment may not be properly credited. When mailing payment, please include a copy of your online registration.

NEW Cancellation Deadline: Due to the costs the Massachusetts Export Center incurs as a result of people who register for seminars and do not attend, we bill unpaid registrants for the full cost of the seminar unless cancelled 48 hours prior to the seminar. It is your responsibility to cancel if you cannot attend. To cancel a registration, please call 413-545-6309 or send an email to cornwell@msbdc.umass.edu.
