registration. We accept credit cards and personal and
business checks. We do not invoice.

You can type directly on the form, but
you cannot submit online. After
completing the form, please print and
bring to the seminar. If there is a fee and you have paid by credit card, please bring a copy of the payment receipt
too. Credit cards are NOT accepted at the door. |
